Location, breakfast, comfort are all great value for the money. The staff is effective and professional, especially one of the female Concierges/frontdesk, which showed great range in terms of spoken languages, was nice and professional.

Nice freshly decorated hotel. Rooms small but tidy and fresh. Bed comfortable. Well soundproofed re street noise but some noise from other guests in corridors. Very helpful and friendly staff. 24 hour check in. 2 minute walk to main squares and cathedral. Car parking at underground carpark 3 minute walk away. Would usually cost €30 a day but staff give you a QR code to get 50% off that.

The location is really phenomenal. It is so convenient to food and sights. The room was so spacious. I could never have imagined all the space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was heavenly and we all had enough space to enjoy the visit.

Staff on the front desk were excellent, very friendly and helpful - especially Dani. The location was perfect, we were within 5-15 minutes walk of everything! A Christmas market remained into the new year in the square beside our hotel. For new years eve, we crossed the bridge using the tram (as it was closed for pedestrians) as suggested by the front desk staff and watched the fireworks beside the river, it was perfect!

The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable with a lovely bathroom (great shower!). The hotel is tucked away in a quiet courtyard but well located to plenty of restaurants and bars.

We were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who explained places of interest nearby and answered all our questions, really excellent service! The location was right in the centre with plenty of eateries nearby including Xmas market. The room was clean and properly insulated. The shower was really good as well. We used sauna within the hotel which was clean and very well maintained. We are really grateful for the service received and will definitely book again should we visit Cologne again.

Location is great, our room was spacious and looked very new. AC worked perfectly which was a plus considering it was quite warm outside.

We have stayed in Köln a few times now and have fallen in love with the city itself however we never found a hotel that ticked all the boxes until we found this one!! We had room 407 which is on the top floor easily located by lift or stairs as a family for four we managed both. It is one of the biggest rooms we have ever stayed in with alot of room and privacy for everyone. Our children are 10 and 15 and everyone had their own chill out area/bed zone. The aircon was excellent and kept us cool. The beds where comfortable, the pillows are soft but that didn't bother us as we like soft pillows. The housekeeping staff kept our room fresh everyday and where very friendly when passed in the hallway. The reception team also where very welcoming and friendly. We kept a room on a while longer the day of check out and they worked with the housekeeping staff to ensure we had enough supplies for us all to shower (we kept on one room but we were a group of 6) Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and the boiled eggs are some of the nicest we have ever tasted. Location is absolutely brilliant right in the middle of everything but far enough away from the noise of the city. We will definitely be booking here again when we go back.
